Restaurant Manager (Opus Mall)
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Manage, train, and schedule staff, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, ensure health & safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness.
  • Control budgets, manage costs, and analyze financial performance.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and adherence to fine dining standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in fine dining.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can start ASAP
  • Willing to assign in Opus Mall
