- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Manage, train, and schedule staff, ensuring a high level of service.
- Handle guest concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, ensure health & safety compliance, and maintain cleanliness.
- Control budgets, manage costs, and analyze financial performance.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and adherence to fine dining standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in fine dining.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and financial management skills.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and POS systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Can start ASAP
- Willing to assign in Opus Mall
