Restaurant Manager (Western Dining)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, motivate, and supervise staff.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with fine dining expectations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Plan marketing activities and executing plans to improve sales and productivity
• Coordinate closely with Kitchen to maintain food quality and efficient service operations.

Requirements

• Proven working experience in similar leadership role, preferably in private members clubs or 5 stars hotels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, wine service and fine dining etiquette
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
