Restaurant Supervisor

Super Uncle Claypot - Greenhills, San Juan - is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who will be in charge of overseeing the operation of the restaurant, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Conduct daily briefing - hospitality and sequence of service.
• Train, and supervise staff.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for food, beverages, and supplies with the help of head chef and bartender.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Suggest strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Create staff schedules and manage labor costs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
• Monitor performance and achieve target sales.
• Monitor and ensure that cash sales are intact and petty cash is accounted for accurately.
• Prepare EOD reports
• Prepare EOM reports
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Monitor and schedule maintenance and repairs
• Conduct regular evaluation of FOH staff.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
