Restaurant Supervisor

We are looking for a strong and energetic leader, with the ideal candidate being a proven multi-tasker and efficient manager. A strong passion for people, food, and creating memorable experiences is essential for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise service to ensure an exceptional guest experience is provided.
• Ensure the venue is fully prepared for service each shift.
• Leading food service within the operating procedures as discussed and agreed with Management.
• Assist in training and developing the team to best possible experience provided to the guest as required.
• Ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
• To deal with customer queries and complaints with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction.
• To assist in management and training of staff.
• Demonstrates high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
• Responsibility of opening, cleaning and cashiering procedures as required.

Experience:
