Restaurant Supervisor- Yogorino (Sm Megamall)

Job Description:

• Attends to all guest needs
• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
• Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guest are delivered on time within the company standard
• Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following the company standards
• Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees
• Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior

Job Specifications:

• With at least 2 years working experience as Supervisor preferably in Desert Shop, Kiosk Type.
• With Excellent Communication Skills
• Perform cash audit and inventory.
• Can use MS EXCEL confidently for daily and monthly reports.
• With experience from Yogurt Shop is an advantage (but not required)
• Can start ASAP.
• Willing to be assigned in SM Megamall (Kiosk Type)
• Willing to work in a yogurt/dessert shop (Crepes, smoothies, and yogurts)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php24,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
