Restaurant Team Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Team Members to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant standards, including basic food preparation and plating
• Operate POS systems for order processing and payments
• Handle cashier responsibilities including cash handling and processing transactions
• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and serve food in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces
• Assist with food handling tasks ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation

Skills

• Experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred; kitchen experience is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Effective communication skills for teamwork and customer interactions
• Previous experience with food preparation, serving, cashiering, or food handling is desirable
