Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Crew Supervisor to lead and coordinate restoration projects within our team. This energetic role involves overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a Crew Supervisor, you will guide a team of technicians through water damage restoration, fire damage repair, mold remediation, and other specialized restoration services. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety protocols, and foster a positive work environment. Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of restoration crew members on various projects involving water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and general construction
  • Assign tasks to team members based on project requirements and individual skill sets
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, adhering to OSHA regulations and company safety standards
  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for restoration tasks
  • Oversee the use of specialized equipment such as carpet cleaning machines, asbestos abatement tools, and other industry-specific machinery
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout project phases to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and resolve issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, safety reports, and job site logs
  • Assist with training new team members on proper techniques for cleaning, restoration procedures, and equipment use
  • Support the scheduling of projects to meet deadlines while managing resource allocation efficiently

Skills

  • Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields with a focus on water damage restoration, fire damage repair, or mold remediation
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools in a construction or restoration setting
  • Familiarity with asbestos abatement procedures and safety protocols is a plus
  • Ability to operate carpet cleaning equipment and other specialized machinery confidently
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills for liaising with clients, team members, and management
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously to ensure a safe work environment for all staff
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.11 - $35.24 per hour
