Retail Associate

The retail clerk assists shoppers at the meat counter by recommending foods, cutting, weighing, packing, pricing meats while responding to customer requests and inquiries. The retail clerk maintains a clean work area, update displays and inform customers of promotions and new products.

Must be available to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers
• Experience in retail sales and stocking merchandise
• Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams
• Knowledge of POS systems and product demonstrations
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Relevant experience in a grocery store setting
