Retail Associate - Technician (Bacoor Cavite)

What You’ll Do:

• Perform product testing and installations to ensure functionality before customer purchase.
• Assemble and service desktop computers and other related products.
• Handle diagnostics and warranty claims, ensuring efficient issue resolution.
• Technical expertise in diagnostics, assembly, and product servicing
• Strong customer service skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

• TESDA Computer Systems Services (CSS) NC II certificate or equivalent
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in computer repair, IT support, or technical servicing
• Retail or customer service experience is a must
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers)
• Ability to install and troubleshoot software applications
• Understanding of antivirus and system security tools
• Knowledge of computer hardware components
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and time management
• Ability to multitask in a retail environment
• Honest, reliable, and professional attitude
• Must be willing to work in Bacoor Cavite location

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
