Retail Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesRetail Operations & Store Performance

  • Oversee daily operations of all retail stores in Singapore to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
  • Drive sales performance, productivity, and operational excellence across stores.
  • Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and service quality are consistently upheld.
  • Monitor store KPIs including sales, conversion, ATV, inventory turnover, and staff productivity.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement improvement plans.

Staff Recruitment & HR Management

  • Lead recruitment for all retail staff including store managers, supervisors, and frontline staff.
  • Manage onboarding, training coordination, scheduling, and manpower planning.
  • Handle HR-related matters such as attendance, leave management, performance evaluation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Foster a positive team culture, engagement, and retention within the retail organization.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and company guidelines.

HQ Reporting & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Prepare and submit regular reports to HQ on sales performance, staffing, store operations, and key issues.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Singapore retail operations and HQ.
  • Align local retail execution with regional and global strategies.
  • Communicate market feedback, customer insights, and competitor activities to HQ.

Logistics, Warehouse & Inventory Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with logistics and warehouse teams to align shipment schedules and stock replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize overstock or shortages.
  • Support inbound and outbound shipment planning for new store openings, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Oversee stock movement, transfers, and stock accuracy in collaboration with warehouse teams.
  • Assist in stock take planning and inventory reconciliation.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure stores comply with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Support store-related documentation, contracts, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as mall management and service vendors when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
