What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations and performance at the Metrotown Mall location
• Recruit, train, and coach a motivated sales team
• Drive sales through live demos, customer engagement, and team incentives
• Manage merchandising, inventory, and daily sales reporting
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and KPI tracking
• Set the tone for exceptional service and a high-energy, fun atmosphere

Who You Are

• 2+ years of retail or sales management experience
• Energetic, confident, and customer-focused leader
• Passionate about footwear, sneakers, and retail culture
• Excellent communicator and motivator
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Able to work flexible hours (including weekends)
