Position: Merchandiser

Salary Offer: Minimum wage + monthly allowance + monthly commission

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Clothing Merchandiser to ensure our sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards. This role focuses on product presentation, visual displays, and inventory flow to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion, understands retail trends, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising standards, floor sets, and window displays
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines
• Style mannequins and create outfits to highlight key products and promotions
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment on the sales floor
• Collaborate with store management to support sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of merchandising areas
• Assist with seasonal resets, promotions, and special events
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (For with experience)
• College or Bachelors of any degree for with no experience
• Previous visual merchandising or retail experience preferred
• Strong sense of style and attention to detail
• Ability to follow visual guidelines and execute floor plans
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and assist with display setup
