Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Associate – Fragrance Kingdom (Dublin City Centre)

Fragrance Kingdom, located at 27 Henry Street, Dublin, is preparing for launch and aims to become the biggest fragrance house in Ireland. We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our growing team.

Positions Available:

• Full-Time Sales Associate
• Part-Time Sales Associates (Weekends)

Pay Rate:

• €13.50 per hour, paid bi-weekly during the 3-month probation period
• After probation: €14.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Daily sales bonuses available based on individual performance

Requirements:

• Female candidates aged between 18–27
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality
• Full training will be provided — no prior fragrance knowledge required

Working Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts will be scheduled accordingly)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their queries
• Promote and sell a wide range of fragrance products
• Operate the till and manage customer transactions accurately
• Stock shelves, maintain store presentation, and ensure products are well-organized
• Contribute to a positive and energetic store environment
