Retail Sales Assistant

We are a women’s boutique selling lingerie, swimwear, sleepwear, sports bras, and breast prostheses to name a few. We pride ourselves on offering compassionate service, expert fittings, and a safe space for women of all ages.

We’re looking for a mature friendly, kind, and confident individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant. You’ll help customers find the perfect fit, offer styling advice, and provide support with specialty items like breast prostheses. This is more than just retail—it’s about building trust and helping women feel confident and comfortable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing the shop
• Provide personalized customer service and expert product guidance
• Assist with fittings for lingerie, swimwear, and breast prostheses
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
• Process sales transactions and manage stock displays
• Build lasting relationships with our loyal clients

Ideal Candidate:

• Good numeracy and alhabetical ability is a must

We're looking for someone who genuinely only wants approximately 18 to 21 hours per week. The days will be Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and every 3rd Saturday morning. Opening hours may change over summer to start at 9am.

Please note: There will be a probationary period of 8 weeks applicable to this role

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 – $41.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 21 per week
