Retail Sales Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team at Collective Shoes , someone who genuinely loves footwear and thrives in the world of retail sales!

We’re seeking a customer service superstar who’s confident, approachable, and loves working as part of a team to deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

We are looking for a talented individual who;

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium, fast-paced retail environment—representing the quality and style of the Collective Shoes brand.
• Achieve sales targets across footwear and related products, while offering tailored style and fit advice to customers.
• Maintain store presentation in line with Visual Merchandising
• Accurately process customer transactions, exchanges, and returns.
• Support with general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment.
• Days available Thursday to Sat 9am to 5pm

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role at Collective Shoes, you will:

• Have previous retail sales or similar experience, with strong persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrate proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Show commitment and professionalism in delivering exceptional customer service
• Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building strong customer and team relationships.
• Bring a growth mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced, ever-evolving retail environment.
• Be passionate about product knowledge and training, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Have flexibility with availability, including weekdays & weekends.

The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-focused environment within the retail or hospitality industry and a proven track record for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
