Job Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering a positive in-store experience and supporting daily store operations.

You will interact with customers, understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and help maintain an organized and efficient store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming in-store experience
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
• Introduce blind box series and explain product details
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system
• Assist with restocking, product displays, and new arrivals
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• Support stockroom organization and incoming shipments
• Help maintain smooth operations during busy periods
• Contribute to overall sales performance

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in blind boxes, collectibles, or pop culture is an asset
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Availability Requirements

• Full-time position: 5 days per week
• Must be available to work weekends
• Flexible availability, including evenings and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift and move blind boxes and merchandise as required
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
• Able to bend, reach, and perform basic physical tasks
• Able to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., unpacking, stocking)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Comfortable working in both sales floor and stockroom environments
