Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking an experienced sales person with strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers evening hours Thurs-Sunday

(THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SAT, SUN)

MUST have at least 3 years of sales experience

Applicant will have the following qualities:

Interest in vampires, curiosities, the macabre and possess the following:

-Excellent communication skills

-Enjoys speaking to and interacting with customers

-Enthusiastic and energetic, (position requires you to be on your feet helping customers, restocking shelves and displays with product, cleaning and basic housekeeping, errands around the French Quarter)

-Sales focused-provide product recommendations, sharing product knowledge, ability to meet sales goals

-Understands the importance of product placement and displays and how that encourages sales

-Ensuring product is available for sale by restocking

-Ringing up customers, during this time promoting our other businesses and website.

-Opening/Closing of the shop and corresponding duties, register balance

-Be able to bend down, lifting of some heavy items

-Punctual and reliable

-Has an interest in growing with our company (visit nolavampires.com to learn about our other businesses)

In addition to pay we offer a commission structure. After 6 months you may be eligible for benefits.

This is a great job for a self-motivated person who has direction and is interested in the inner workings of a small vampire boutique in New Orleans.
