You will assist customers in finding the right products, demonstrate features, and promote upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex products clearly to customers.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
• Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met promptly.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent time management skills, ensuring efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment.
