Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and passionate store employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, fostering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a retail environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the perfect fish, plants, or accessories for their aquariums
- Process transactions accurately through PM cash, credit, or other payment methods with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking shelves
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience

- Passion for aquatic life and a willingness to learn more about different species
- Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- 2 yrs or more in retail with strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of fish care and aquarium maintenance (training will be provided)
