Position: Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for energetic, customer-first people to help bring the METROMIX vibe to life. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the store—connecting with customers, sharing your style knowledge, and helping create an environment people want to come back to.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and help them find the freshest fits
• Share product knowledge and get customers excited about new drops and promotions
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually on point
• Work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Assist in training and supporting new team members (as needed)
• Handle questions and resolve issues with confidence and a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right people
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented mindset
• Flexible availability for daytime, afternoon, or Saturday shifts (we’re closed Sundays)
• A genuine interest in sneakers, athletically inspired fashion, and helping people look and feel their best
