Position Overview

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for every customer. From recommending the perfect product to keeping the store running smoothly, you’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that loves what they do. This position can be full-time or part-time, with flexible shifts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized product recommendations
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Restock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store looks its best
• Verify customer age and follow all compliance and legal requirements
• Assist with store operations, including daily reports and inventory support
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service and meet store goals

Qualifications & Essential Skills

• Must be 19 years of age or older
• Retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Knowledge of beer, wine, or spirits is a bonus (but we’ll train you!)
• Ability to lift up to 20kg (50 lbs)
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, positive, and a strong team player

Experience

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Beverage alcohol experience is an asset.

Education

High school completion preferred.

Quarterly performance-based incentive plan (up to $960 per quarter for full time, and $480 for part time)
