- Manage Daily Boutique Operations: Take full ownership of the shop environment. Oversee flawless opening and closing procedures, maintain impeccable cleaning and presentation standards, execute visual merchandising directives precisely, and ensure accurate POS transactions and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Oversee Inventory & Stock Management: Manage stock levels effectively, process deliveries accurately, maintain a meticulously organised and safe stockroom, and coordinate timely orders with HQ using our designated systems.

- Systems & Maintenance: Ensure all shop systems (POS, IT equipment) are functioning correctly, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate technical problems promptly to the appropriate contacts.

- A warm, confident, and articulate communicator with a natural ability to connect with clients and sell consultatively.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
- Commercially aware, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and ownership.
- Proficient with POS systems (Shopify POS an advantage) and comfortable with basic stock management principles.
- A genuine appreciation for luxury goods, artisan craftsmanship, and the world of fragrance is a distinct advantage.
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
