Retail Security Officer - Dundrum

Key Guard Security are aiming to provide quality security services including static security, mobile patrols, key-holding, retail security and alarm response. We provide these services to a broad range of clients in multiple locations across Ireland.

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to work in the Dundrum area. We have various sites available, such as corporate, static and retail. We are particularly looking to hear from candidates who are searching for a new challenge, and want to provide the best customer experience possible to our client and their employees and visitors.

Typical duties include:

• Protection of life and property.
• Customer service and representing Keyguard - RMS Security.
• Identifying potential problems and resolving them within your recommended standard operating procedures.
• Keeping accurate reports of daily activities and unusual activity including theft, damage to property etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent written and attention to detail.
• Excellent P.C. skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
• Must be Fully flexible and available to work days, nights, evenings and weekends.
• PSA Static License is essential to be considered for this position.
