Retail Store Supervisor

Oversees daily store operations, manages staff, and ensure high customer service standards to drive sales, maintaining the store's visual appeal. Training employees, handling inventory, managing cash, opening/closing the store, an acting as liaison between staff an store.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: motivate staff, assign shifts, delegate tasks, and provide training.

Customer Service: address complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience.

Store Operations: monitor stock levels, handle inventory, and track sales targets.

Cash Handling: manage, reconcile, and supervise cash registers and transactions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
