The Role:

• Ensure daily food safety forms are completed
• Handle customer questions and concerns with a friendly, professional touch
• Drive exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Supervise the front-of-house team
• Place orders promptly to keep everything running smoothly
• Collaborate with the Retail Manager to create a well-balanced staff roster

The Person:

• Must have an approved manager’s card
• Has a valid driver’s licence
• Experience in a team leader or supervisor role
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a safe workplace
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday
