Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Revenue Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue across multiple properties by managing pricing strategies, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hospitality revenue management and thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue through active rate management, reporting analysis, and strategic decision-making
• Review pace, forecasts, and channel performance reports to identify opportunities
• Create and manage rate plans, packages, and promotions across all booking platforms
• Monitor competitive activity and adjust pricing in response to market trends and local events
• Analyze STR and other data sources to benchmark against competitors
• Collaborate with marketing to launch promotions and special offers
• Manage distribution systems such as PMS, CRS, Synxis, OTA Insight, and others
• Lead and participate in regular revenue meetings
• Perform system audits to ensure accuracy of content and settings
• Communicate rate and inventory strategies to operations and other departments

Qualifications

• Two to three years of revenue management experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience working with marketing on packages and promotions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Ability to work independently on a night shift schedule in a remote setting
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Pay: Up to Php100,000.00 per month
