About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to own the full lifecycle of milestone-based billing across all Torticity business verticals. This role sits at the nexus of finance, operations, technology, and legal – ensuring that all billable milestones, partner obligations, and case-related revenue events are accurately tracked, billed, and collected. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue realization, improving cash flow, and enabling data-driven decision-making at the executive level.

In This Role you will:

  • Oversee the end-to-end billing process for milestone-based revenue across Personal Injury, Sexual Assault, and Mass Tort verticals.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Client Success Tech, and Finance to confirm case milestone completion and trigger billing events.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, aging reports, and revenue forecasts; proactively identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities for acceleration.
  • Serve as the operational liaison between Finance, Legal, and Shared Services to ensure alignment on revenue events, partner agreements, and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with the Chief of Staff and CFO to prepare recurring revenue reports, including board-level metrics and executive dashboards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in revenue operations processes, systems, and controls.

Success Metrics & Initial Goals

1. Acceleration of Billable Activity

  • Convert a high percentage of current billable activity to invoiced status withing the first 90 days
  • Achieve timely collection on invoiced balances to support healthy cash flow

2. Deferred Revenue Strategy

  • Build a disciplined tracking and pacing framework for managing long-tail deferred revenue from mass tort settlements
  • Completed full categorization and aging analysis of deferred revenue items within the first 120 days
  • Identify and document high-value deferred items with clear status, dependencies, and projected release timelines
  • Drive year-over-year acceleration in deferred revenue recognition through improved milestone tracking and legal coordination


We’re Excited About You Because You Have...

  • 5 + years of experience in revenue operations, FP&A, billing, or a related function- ideally in SaaS, legal services, or healthcare environment
  • Strong FP&A acumen, with demonstrated ability to build forecasts, analyze revenue trends, and translate financial data into actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of milestone-based billing, revenue recognition, and deferred revenue management
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with finance, legal and technical stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills’ experience with billing systems, CRM, and financial reporting tools
  • Analytical mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and executive communication
  • Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA are sometimes preferred for senior FP&A roles.
  • Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive competitive salary, benefits, and variable compensation. The salary for U.S.-based employees in this role will be within the range listed below. Compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, location, and performance. This position is also eligible for variable compensation based on individual and company performance.

Salary Range:
Final salary offer will be dependent upon candidate’s experience.
