The commercial team at LMS has grown fast and the infrastructure behind it needs to keep pace. Therefore, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager.

Your role

The commercial team at Last Mile Solutions has grown fast and the infrastructure behind it needs to keep pace. As Revenue Operations Manager, you will own the processes, governance, and insights that keep the commercial engine running: from how deals are structured and approved, to how contracts are managed end-to-end, to how we understand our pipeline and performance.

You will sit within the Revenue Operations team, reporting to the Head of RevOps. The role spans both strategic process ownership and hands-on Salesforce work - you are comfortable moving between the two. On the technical execution side, you will be supported by a working student for routine admin and build support.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move between designing a commercial governance framework, building the Salesforce flow that enforces it, and presenting pipeline analysis to the commercial leadership team.

What you will own

Commercial Process, Governance & Contract Lifecycle

Design and own the end-to-end commercial process layer: how deals are classified and recognised, how contracts are created, renewed, and managed in Salesforce, and how governance rules are enforced consistently across the commercial organization.

Commercial Systems Ownership

Own the full commercial CRM environment. From net-new builds to day-to-day configuration. You translate business requirements into working Salesforce solutions yourself, supported by a working student on routine tasks.

Commercial Insight

Build and maintain the reporting and insight layer that connects what Sales does day-to-day to what commercial leadership needs to act on - pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, win/loss analysis, and lead conversion tracking.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a commercial operations role in a B2B SaaS or scale-up environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue measurement - ARR, MRR, NRR, churn, pipeline coverage.
  • Comfortable owning both strategic Salesforce builds and routine admin.
  • Comfortable with commercial data: you can work from a Salesforce export or pipeline snapshot and produce insight.
  • Clear communicator who can operate across Sales, Finance, and Legal and hold a commercial conversation, not just report on one.
  • Organized and process-oriented: you close loops, document decisions, and don't let things fall between teams.
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience at the builder level: flows, validation rules, formula fields, custom objects, reports and dashboards. You translate a business requirement into a working configuration without relying on an implementation partner to execute it for you.
