Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Officer to oversee opportunity management, pipeline operations, commercial reporting, and cross-functional revenue coordination. This role will serve as a critical operational partner across Business Development, Search Operations, Marketing, and Practice Leadership teams to ensure accurate opportunity tracking, efficient pipeline management, and effective revenue operations execution.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in CRM management, sales operations, opportunity lifecycle coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Opportunity & Pipeline Management

  • Manage the full lifecycle of opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics, from creation to close
  • Create and maintain Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities with complete and accurate information
  • Validate and confirm all opportunities with originating team members within established timelines
  • Maintain and update opportunity stages, probability, attribution, status, and next steps
  • Ensure proper documentation of project details, pitch schedules, kickoff dates, and related notes
  • Generate confidential project names and maintain internal information hygiene standards
  • Monitor and manage a high volume of active opportunities across the pipeline and funnel

Opportunity Qualification & Governance

  • Serve as the operational gatekeeper between funnel qualification and active pipeline management
  • Enforce BANT qualification standards (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Partners, and operational teams to gather missing qualification details
  • Ensure accurate opportunity attribution and revenue tracking

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate staffing assignments for opportunities in partnership with Search Operations, BD, and leadership teams
  • Facilitate collaboration across Business Development, Research Associates, Search Consultants, Marketing, and Practice Heads
  • Coordinate pitch preparation, material requests, and scheduling activities
  • Support placement announcement validation in partnership with marketing and compliance teams

Reporting & Commercial Operations

  • Generate weekly and monthly pipeline and commercial reporting for leadership teams
  • Prepare performance summaries, commercial KPI tracking, and demand generation ROI reports
  • Maintain accurate reporting on opportunity influence, campaign performance, and business development initiatives
  • Support executive reporting requirements and leadership operational reviews
  • Compile and maintain NPS score reporting and practice-level operational summaries

CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain CRM data integrity and ensure all opportunity records are updated consistently
  • Research and enrich account and opportunity information as needed
  • Track contact activity, market segmentation, verticals, locations, and business development notes
  • Manage target contact lists for events, campaigns, newsletters, and outreach initiatives

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and pipeline efficiency
  • Assist in standardizing revenue operations processes and reporting structures
  • Support ongoing updates to pitch materials, templates, and operational documentation
  • Coordinate updates to executive biographies and commercial presentation materials

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM Operations, or related roles
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM platforms
  • Proven experience managing sales pipelines, opportunity tracking, and revenue reporting
  • Strong understanding of BANT qualification methodology and sales funnel management
  • Experience supporting cross-functional commercial or business development teams
  • Advanced organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and CRM data management
  • Experience within executive search, consulting, professional services, or B2B sales environments is a plus
  • English level B2 or higher.
