Rgi/Maintenance Plumber

Joining Crystal Air as a qualified (RGI) maintenance plumber, you will work within the greater Dublin area on sites such as hotels and office buildings. Excellent pay rates with daily lunch allowance, company vehicle, laptop, overtime available, onsite and offsite training including on manufacturers products.

The Role

· Carry out the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding and reactive/breakdown repair to a variety of plumbing and water systems.

· Provide service and customer support during field visits & installations

· Tie workflow to schedule

· Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test task

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

· Produce timely and detailed service reports

· Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems

· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols

· Cooperate with office and share information across the organization

· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

· Build positive relationships with customers

Skills and Experience

· RGI/GID qualified Plumber

· Registered Gas Installer

· Ability to undertake other non-plumbing response maintenance activities

· 2+ years of experience working as a plumber within a commercial environment

· Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVACR) certification is advantageous but not necessary

· HVAC experience is advantageous but not necessary

· Customer focused in order to provide the best service possible

· Have an interest in Air Conditioning/Electrical works

· Experience in a General Operative role is advantageous but not essential

· Commercial plumbing experience is advantageous but not essential

· Valid Manual Handling Certificate and Safe Pass is desirable
