Sibros Building Maintenance Inc. is looking for a cleaner to join us! We provide cleaning services in multiple cities throughout the lower mainland and offer our employees competitive wages, commercial-grade cleaning equipment, and possible opportunities for career development in the industry.

*JOB DESCRIPTION*

Job: Commercial Cleaner
Wage: $19.00 per hour
Location: Richmond
Schedule: Monday to Friday 4pm-12am, Sunday 8pm-12am
Hours: Mon-Fri (7 hours), Sunday (4 hours)

Mandatory qualifications:

• You own a smartphone with data
• You are authorized to work in Canada
• No subcontractors

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
• Experience in surface disinfection
• Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
• Garbage and recycling disposal
• Clean windows and mirrors
• Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
• Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
