Rma Coordinator

The RMA Coordinator manages the end-to-end return and warranty process, ensuring timely handling of product returns, replacements, and service requests in accordance with company policies and SLAs. The role coordinates with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve cases, maintain accurate documentation, and provide status updates to clients. The position also supports customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement within service and logistics operations.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or any related field.
  • Should have atleast 1 year of relevant experience in RMA, Logistics, Customer Service, or Technical Service Coordination.
  • Must have strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities.
  • Good understanding of and adherence to support and operations best practices.

Work Location: In person
