Spring Creek Rehab, a leading provider of healthcare services, seeks a dedicated and compassionate RN Registered Nurse to join our team in Murray, Kentucky. As a valued member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our mission to specialize in the healthcare industry.

RN Registered Nurse Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment
• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

RN Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Current RN licensure

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
