Rn Registered Nurse Part-Time / Consultant

Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Consultant Role (Extra Income / Home Health)

We are launching a Home Health Agency in Florida and are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support us during the licensing process and initial setup.

This is a flexible, low-commitment role, ideal for nurses looking for extra income alongside their current position.

What you’ll do:

• Support the AHCA licensing process using your RN credentials
• Be available on the phone for the AHCA inspection day
• Provide clinical guidance and answer questions if requested during inspection
• Offer general consulting support during the pre-launch phase
• Be available for occasional calls or guidance as needed
• What we’re looking for:
• Active RN license (Florida preferred)
• Experience in Home Health or similar setting (preferred)
• Reliable, responsive, and professional

Compensation:

• Monthly retainer: $200–$300
• Additional compensation for extra time/calls if needed

Work structure:

• Flexible schedule
• Estimated 1–3 hours week
• Fully remote / occasional calls
