Job Overview:
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help with the roasting and production of our signature glazed nuts. In this role, you'll assist with preparing ingredients, operating roasting equipment, monitoring batches for quality, and handling cooling and packaging processes. You’ll also work alongside and support our neurodivergent team members in a positive, structured environment.

Specific Duties:
- Prepare raw ingredients and set up roasting equipment according to established recipes and procedures.
- Roast nuts in small batches, monitoring time, temperature, and consistency to ensure high-quality production.
- Assist with cooling, glazing, seasoning, and packaging finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workspace throughout all stages of production.
- Support, mentor, and work alongside neurodivergent team members, helping them stay on task and build confidence in their roles.
- Track production quantities, report inventory needs, and communicate any equipment or quality issues to management.
- Follow all FDA, GMP, and food safety guidelines to ensure compliant and safe manufacturing operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement by offering feedback on processes, workflows, and product quality.
Required Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to support and encourage team members in a calm, patient, and structured way.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment and adapt quickly when needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evening shifts depending on production needs.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.
- Be coachable and have a strong work ethic.
