Roofer's Aide

Job Overview:
We are seeking two skilled Roofers Aides to join our team. As a Roofers Helper, you will be on required to be on the roof of various types of buildings. You will be required to assisting the Roofer by handing him materials and tools as needed. Additionally you will be expected to help with removal of shingles in a safe and effective manner. This is a physically demanding role that requires working at heights and heavy lifting. Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair and replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Roofers Helper or in a related field is preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to build and repair structures
- Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in roofing projects
- Ability to work at heights and perform heavy lifting as needed
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
