The Role

We are seeking a Design & Procurement Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the successful delivery of our projects. This is a dynamic position that requires collaboration with senior management, design teams, and suppliers to ensure the highest standards in quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management to support project delivery from award to completion.
• Liaise with design teams to develop and refine technical details.
• Draft and submit BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) documentation.
• Negotiate costs with suppliers and oversee the procurement of materials.
• Prepare detailed project reports and documentation.
• Manage O&M (Operation & Maintenance) files for project handover.
• Maintain a strong focus on design accuracy and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD software (essential).
• Strong technical understanding of construction and design principles.
• Experience in procurement and supplier negotiation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of BCAR requirements and project documentation.

Pay: €35,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
