Key Responsibilities

• Use rope access to reach hard-to-access areas, working without scaffolding or platforms.
• Descend, ascend, and traverse ropes while securely suspended by a harness.
• Perform tasks such as window washing, pressure washing & dryer vent cleaning at height.
• Maintain effective communication with customers and managers.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations.

Qualifications

• SPRAT or IRATA Level 1 or higher certification.
• Basic digital literacy (for online forms and digital platforms).
• Strong verbal and written English skills (doesn't need to be perfect).
• Experience in window cleaning or power washing is preferred.
• Valid BC Driver’s License preferred.

Skills & Expectations

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Confident working at heights, including on ladders and suspended stages.
• Ability to work while suspended in a harness for extended periods.
• Professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Reliable, respectful, and diligent work ethic.
• Flexible with hours and committed to project budgets.
• Adheres to uniform policy and maintains a neat appearance.
