This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone with proven RV dealership experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for RV parts and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the RV dealership parts department, including ordering, stocking, and distribution of RV parts and accessories.
• Supervise, train, and develop parts staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Partner with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate RV parts availability for repairs and warranty work.
• Manage RV parts inventory control, maintain accurate records, and minimize discrepancies.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of RV industry experience (required).
• Proven management and leadership skills in a dealership environment.
• Strong background in RV parts inventory control and process efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational ability, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced RV dealership service and parts environment.
