We’re growing to serve our community better! The Treatment Services Division is excited to expand service hours to include weekends. These extended hours will primarily focus on serving walk-in clients, ensuring timely, flexible access to care for individuals seeking support.

This expansion position is located at our Treatment Services facility, has a dayshift schedule of Tuesday-Friday 10:00a-6:00p, Saturday 7:00a-3:00p,
and starts at $21.98 per hour.

What you'll be doing

The primary role of this position is to provide for the security and safety of individuals and District property. The Safety and Security Officer regularly patrols the grounds and ensures the enforcement of all rules and regulations. The duties in this position also include providing general information and assistance to individuals as needed.

Some Essential Functions Include:


  • Patrols the district grounds on foot and monitors security cameras for unusual and suspicious activities, theft, fires, individual safety, etc. Observes and, when possible, prevents unsafe or unauthorized practices from occurring on the premises.
  • Ensures all persons on the grounds have some form of business at SRHD to be on the premises.
  • Escorts visitors to an appropriate destination when monies, documents or safety of property or persons are a concern.
  • Reports any security breaches and suspicious circumstances to supervisor for follow-up and action.

What we need from you

Required Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience
