Sales Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Understand client goals and align solutions to meet their needs
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products or services
• Prepare and deliver account reviews, proposals, and presentations
• Monitor account performance, renewals, and contract compliance
• Address client concerns, issues, and escalations in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate account records and activity updates in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed revenue retention and growth targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer success
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
