Job Description
Description of the Role:
We seek a highly motivated and proactive Sales Administrator to support the BETCO Sales and Marketing teams. The Sales Administrator will act as a seamless extension of the company’s sales team. The individual in this role must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate the needs, and drive improvements to the sales team. The candidate must also be able to complete tasks quicky.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability, Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in the construction or a related industry.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent organization and time-management abilities
· High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks/deadline
· Possess strong research skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Familiarity with CRM/ERP software and DocuSign is a plus
· Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
· Ability to prioritize projects with strong problem-solving skills
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team
· Assist the sales team in maintaining accurate records for customers, tracking opportunities and project progress, and updating CRM/ERP system
· Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, contracts, and project control, to ensure successful opportunity closure and job execution
· Organize and maintain detailed records of opportunities and account activities and correspondence
· Monitor and respond to emails on behalf of Account Managers
· Organize and participate in sales team meeting, including notetaking and follow-up on action items
· Assist in preparing and sending out proposals on the Account Manager’s behalf
· Facilitate communication between the sales and operation teams to resolve issues and improve processes
· Develop various reports for Sales Director
· May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration and promotion of specific projects, as required
· Maintain calendars for sales appointments, and events related to sales activities
· Assist with expense reports
· May require occasional local travel
· Perform other duties as assigned

Position: Full Time – Non-Exempt
Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience
Maintain a valid driver’s license
