Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting walk-in clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly
• Assist customers with product demonstrations and answer questions about features and benefits of the Lagree method
• Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from clients or vendors

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; enthusiasm counts most!
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus to serve a diverse customer base effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions
• Excellent communication skills to connect confidently with customers and team members
• Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership opportunities within the team
• Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude and proactive approach
• Must have experience with Lagree method
