Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in data entry and managing client information accurately.
• Bilingual candidates are highly desirable, as they can assist a broader range of customers.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone.
• Familiarity with outbound calling techniques and strategies is a plus.
