Sales And Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
• Support the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Manage and update customer databases, CRM systems, and marketing contact lists.
• Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
• Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and marketing communications.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products and services.
• Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining marketing inventory.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva) is an asset
