Richardsons are seeking a talented and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing professional to play a pivotal role in driving sales, setting goals, both long and short-term, and leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow market share and meet revenue targets.
• Lead and inspire our internal and external sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand visibility.
• Collaborate with our Purchasing Team to optimise customer pricing
• Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Report on sales performance, forecasting, and promotional plans

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager with a proven track record in achieving targets
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A self-starter with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ambitious, creative and the ability to influence decisions
• High level of customer focus and understanding
