Sales And Operations Manager

We are seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to drive sales growth and ensure seamless retail operations for Blue Elephant. This role requires a strategic leader who can align sales performance with operational excellence while maintaining the brand’s premium customer experience across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Oversee store operations, inventory management, and customer experience
• Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams across branches
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations
• Monitor operational costs and implement efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 3+ years in sales/retail operations, with at least 1 year in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred
