• Delivering Excellent Customer Service:Providing personalized product recommendations and assisting customers with their beauty needs.
• Building strong customer relationships and fostering brand loyalty.
• Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Driving Sales:Achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets.Utilizing effective sales techniques to promote products and maximize sales opportunities.
• Maintaining Store Standards:
• Ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assisting with merchandising displays and maintaining inventory levels.
• Operational Support:
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with stock management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Following all store policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
• Passion for Beauty & Retail : A genuine interest in cosmetics and a desire to learn about new products and trends.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills: A friendly and approachable demeanor with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven individual with a proven ability to meet sales targets.

• Retail Experience: Prior retail experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Availability: Must be available to retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: €22,000.00-€23,000.00 per month
