Sales Associate

Job description

We are looking for a passionate Sales Associate to join our sales team. Sales associate's responsibilities include converting leads, making sales calls, continuously
updating our database, and meeting sales targets.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Promptly respond to Facebook inquiries, comments, and messages professionally and efficiently.
• Identify and qualify leads from social media interactions and converting them.
• Contacting potential clients on the phone and by email.
• Handling client’s questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
• Meeting monthly sales targets.
• Participating in sales team meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• With at least 1 year sales experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• With customer service and sales skills
• Strong verbal and written communicator
• Knowledge about Solar PV system industry is an advantage
• Can work independently or with a team.
• Willing to START ASAP
