What You’ll Do — Make Art and Drive Sales

As a Sales & Experience Associate, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will:

• Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience

• Spark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into sales

• Handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert advice

• Stay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the same

• Represent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail and a passion for people. The ideal candidate:

• Has a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to connect with customers

• Is friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales

• Has flexible availability, including weekends

• Is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset)

• Is comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems (Adobe or photography experience is a plus)

• Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and team spirit

Job Type: Part-time (15-29 Hours)

Salary: $17.50 per hour
